MEET THE ALC

PURPOSE: ALC membership is a unique opportunity to have a choice in driving the success and profitability of the Market Center. The ALC shall establish committees to assist the Market Center to function at the highest possible level.  They are to assure that Keller Williams Realty is truly operating as a bottom up organization through the continuous involvement of our sales associates and leadership.

My business had grown to the point where the only way I could increase the number of sales I do was by expanding my team. This was a big part of why I moved to Keller Williams. Gary Carpenter is an excellent trainer and he is willing to assist me in recruiting agents to my team and training them. Another big reason for coming to Keller Williams was the profit sharing which can not only provide additional income now, but also retirement income years from now.

What I didn't expect was the close-knit friendly atmosphere. Right from the beginning I felt like I was at home. Other agents are generous with their time to help one another. The office in not only a productive place to be, but a fun one as well.

I was honored when asked to be part of the ALC. Through the ALC I have a hand in shaping company policy to benefit our agents and the industry as a whole. I know of no other company where agents are given the authority to make major decisions on behalf of the company
